EU & UK Data Privacy Contact
ForuSage LLC primarily operates from the United States and does not maintain a permanent establishment in the European Union or United Kingdom. Users in those regions may direct privacy inquiries to privacy@forusage.com. ForuSage will designate an EU and UK representative in accordance with Article 27 GDPR and UK GDPR when its operations expand to a scale requiring such appointment.

To exercise rights, contact support@forusage.com with “Privacy Request” or “Data Deletion.” Verification may be required. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and identity. Residents of CO/VA/CT/UT may appeal a denied privacy request by replying "Appeal" to our decision email; we’ll respond within 45 days.
